Education that lasts a lifetime

Loughborough High School named best value private school in the East Midlands by The Telegraph

We’re delighted to share that Loughborough High School has been named best value private school in the East Midlands Category of The Telegraph’s value analysis report.

The guide has been produced to help parents navigate the world of independent education and ensure they’re receiving the best value for their money.

Head of Loughborough High School, Dr Fiona Miles, said: “At Loughborough High, we aim to empower every girl with the confidence, skills and knowledge to step into the future of her choice, but what makes us unique is that pupils simultaneously benefit from our expertise in girls’ education and pastoral care while being part of a wider, co-educational campus.”

Working closely with our fellow Foundation schools means we offer a real breadth of leadership opportunity.

“From senior roles in the Combined Cadet Force to taking up places on our Student Athlete Programme or mentoring their younger peers, these experiences show our pupils how important it is for girls to support girls and place developing the leaders of the future at the centre of our vision.”

Our aim is to prepare girls not just for outstanding exam results, but for the lives they want to lead. From Oxbridge and Medicine pathways to entrepreneurial, creative and sporting opportunities, the breadth of experiences inside and outside the classroom equips girls to lead with purpose. Whether through student-led initiatives, peer mentoring, or our progressive Futures and PSHE programmes, girls develop the voice, values and versatility to shape their own future.

We are proud to be the school of her future – a place where our next generation of female leaders become well-rounded, world ready young women who progress with confidence, integrity and ambition.
